Can we predict whether you prefer cats or dogs?
Can we figure out whether you prefer cats or dogs just from the websites you visit? We decided to find out using SenseArray. When you click the “Predict!” button below, we’ll test to see whether you’ve visited a variety of popular websites, and also examine what web browser and operating system you use, among some other things. Please rest assured that we do not record any personally identifying information.
This process takes only a moment, and our software will tell you whether you are more likely to prefer dogs or cats. Afterwards, you can tell it whether it guessed correctly or not, and SenseArray will use this information to learn how to make better predictions next time.
Better still, one of the key advantages of SenseArray is that it can explain why it predicts what it predicts, so as a “thank you” for providing us with feedback, we’ll explain how SenseArray arrived at its original prediction.

Pretty cool. Amazing what one can do with a few simple statistics. I found your site from the link on FreeNet.
Thanks Brian, although the underlying mechanism is perhaps somewhat more complicated than the simple explanation might suggest.
I hate cats. 50/50 shot.
it works!
As the founder and CEO of PetsMD.com I am equally a dog and cat lover!
I was expecting a puppy and instead there was a mangy kitten haunting my browser window — darn near threw the laptop out with the litter. I am glad to have contributed to the statistical accuracy of your Chrome user inferences.
I don’t like cats or dogs. I’ve had birds all of my life, my current one being a white dove who is 21 years old. I’m a member of Dovepage (website), I post pictures with comments, I regularly watch You Tube videos of doves and various other birds, so I don’t know how you compile your stats. The only furry friends I’ve had have been bunnies. I’m allergic to cats, so I like them even less than dogs, but I’m not a fan of dog slobber and smell…sorry folks!
I preferred ring-tailed Lemurs – where is the “meh” button.
If this website knew exactly which youtube videos you watched, I think I would be more upset than the fact it didn’t know you don’t like cats or dogs (when the choice was simply A or B as a game).
That being said, I am upset that it did not detect that I, in fact, am a cat.
really fun botton,
used the button 3 times..every try I get the same dog face ;P
I am a 100% cats lover
now my kids want a dog
